The Company is regulated and supervised by the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Crowdfunding Intermediary and Funding Portal in accordance with SEC Memorandum Circular No. 14, Series of 2019 ("Crowdfunding Rules").

Investree and its officers are prohibited from providing any financial assistance to investors to invest in the securities offered on or through its platform.The Company provides interfacing services in a liaising or intermediary capacity between those parties providing funds (investors) and those in need of financing (issuers), thereby encompassing funding by corporations, organizations, or legal entities to certain legal entities.

The Company does not provide any advice or funding recommendations regarding the funding options on this site.
